Legal
Privacy policy.
What this website collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: only what you submit through the forms, used only to respond to you.
Who we are
This website is operated by Figures & Finance. For anything related to this policy or your information, contact sales@figuresandfinance.com.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form or the clarity-call request:
- Name, work email, and company name
- Country or operating region and company stage
- Optionally: your accounting system and a short note
- For call requests: your selected area of support and preferred time zone, date, and time
We never ask for—and you should never submit—passwords, banking details, tax identifiers, payroll records, or financial documents through this website.
How we use it
Submissions are used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where requested, to arrange a call. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.
How submissions are delivered
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that processes the submitted fields for the sole purpose of transmitting them to us. Our email and hosting providers process data as part of operating this website, and the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry or any engagement that follows from it, and is then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@figuresandfinance.com and we will act on the request without undue delay.
Children
This website is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date and version number.
